Gambia Horticultural Enterprises (GHE) in partnership with the International Trade Centre (ITC) through the EU Funded Jobs Skills and Finance (JSF) project for youth and women is offering a series of training programmes in agri-business for Gambian youth and women. The training programmes will be highly participatory with both theory and practical elements, including classroom, workshop, factory and fieldwork. Candidates are invited to apply for the various agri-business programmes offered.
All materials and equipment required for the training programme will be provided.
Training Location: GHE Farm and Multi-Purpose Agro-Food Processing Centre, Kembujeh in West Coast Region (WCR), GHE Agro-Food Processing Centres at Old Jeshwang (GBA) and Banjulinding (WCR).
Training Programmes:
- Agro-Food Processing (8 weeks)
- Vegetable Production (12 weeks)
- Fruit Trees Orchard Management (12 weeks)
